If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at team@bluelife.ae. If your order has not been shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund to your payment method.
If your order has already been shipped, you may still be able to cancel the order, but you will be responsible for any shipping costs incurred. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will issue a refund to your payment method, minus any shipping costs.
